Profile Requirements: Five plus years of experience in digital marketing including paid and organic media. Prior experience leading or mentoring execution-focused teams with people management is strongly preferred. Comfort giving clear feedback and holding team members accountable Strong understanding of paid media platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics. High attention to detail with a strong appreciation for quality assurance and process adherence. Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across time zones. Agency experience is strongly preferred. Multifamily experience is a plus. Core Responsibilities Lead and manage Digible’s Philippines-based Paid Media Coordinators Ensure high-quality execution, workflow efficiency, and adherence to systems and standards Partner with the Director of Support and Director of Business Operations to drive process adoption, tooling alignment, and team development Support Level 2 and Level 3 Paid Media teams by enabling scalable, efficient execution (no direct ownership of strategy) Directly manage, coach, and develop Paid Media Coordinators Conduct regular one-on-ones, performance reviews, and development planning Oversee onboarding and ramp-up of new team members Hold team members accountable while fostering a positive, engaged culture Serve as first escalation point for execution questions and blockers Oversee daily execution work including: Campaign builds and updates, QA checks, Tracking and tagging implementation, Geofencing setup, Bulk account changes, and Creative and concession updates Maintain strict quality, accuracy, and on-time delivery standards Monitor execution trends, error rates, and rework Proactively resolve recurring issues through process improvements and training Act as operational liaison between DPH Support, Agency Managers, Department Heads, and Business Operations Translate leadership priorities into clear execution plans Provide visibility into workflow status, risks, capacity, and team health Ensure strong communication and alignment across time zones Benefits: Competitive salary Opportunity to shape the HR function of a rapidly growing BPO.
