ROLE OVERVIEW We are looking for college students interested in a Production Internship at LoveShackFancy. The intern will have the opportunity to learn all facets of Production; sample management, fabric and trim approvals, project management with overseas factories. They will develop a general understanding of Production & Design Development functionalities, responsibilities, and foster cross-functional relationships. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Organizing production samples and bulk submits Assembling/organizing materials for overseas factories Opportunity to attend garment fittings Communicating with overseas factories Help arrange shipments to factories Working closely with team to prepare for production with overseas factories Assist in updating weekly WIP reports Help follow up with incoming samples/packages Liaison between factories, suppliers and production office This job description may not be inclusive of all assigned duties, responsibilities, or aspects of the job described, and may be amended at any time at the sole discretion of the Employer.
