We are looking for a Paid Search Lead to spearhead our paid search strategy, driving growth and maximizing ROI. This is a key role with substantial impact.
Note: This is a fixed-term position for approximately one year.

Responsibilities
  • Establishing targets and measurement frameworks for paid search initiatives.
  • Developing the overall paid search roadmap and strategy, aligned with business objectives.
  • Identifying expansion and optimization opportunities across platforms like Google Ads and Bing Ads.
  • Leading the planning, setup, and execution of paid search campaigns, including ad copy, bid management, and budget allocation.
  • Monitoring campaign performance metrics and analyzing data to identify improvements and growth opportunities.
  • Implementing A/B testing to optimize campaign structure, ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting.
  • Collaborating with SEO and content teams to ensure alignment.
  • Partnering with the analytics team to track, measure, and report on paid search campaign impact.
  • Working with product and sales to align paid search strategies with launches and promotions.
  • Managing relationships with paid search vendors, agencies, and technology partners.
