The Role We are searching for a Paid Search Manager with expertise in Google Ads to own and grow paid acquisition programmes. This role combines full-funnel strategy with hands-on campaign execution, giving you the chance to directly impact lead generation and business performance. Key Responsibilities Own and scale the Google Ads strategy end to end Turn clicks into qualified leads and measurable revenue Drive intent-based acquisition with keyword and targeting optimisation Analyse performance in GA4 and Google Ads, ensuring accurate attribution via GTM Provide data-driven insights that shape strategy and decision-making Work with content, product, and sales teams to align messaging with ICPs Contribute to ad creative and landing pages tailored to SaaS buyer needs Manage vendor relationships, ensuring quality and accountability 5+ years managing Google Ads, ideally in B2B SaaS with both PLG and SLG models Strong knowledge of B2B marketing and lead generation landscapes Proven track record in optimising for LTV, pipeline, ROAS, and retention Proficient in GA4, Google Tag Manager, and UTM tracking Experience managing large budgets and reporting results across teams A test-and-learn mindset with a focus on experimentation that delivers impact Fluent English, with strong written and verbal communication skills Desirable Experience Paid social or display campaign experience Knowledge of no-code or low-code solutions Familiarity with CRMs such as HubSpot Benefits are country-specific and will be shared after the first interview step.
