As a Paid Search Manager (m/f/x), you will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and profitably scaling PPC campaigns across multiple markets, with a strong focus on DACH, UK, Benelux, and Scandinavia.

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous paid search marketing experience.
• Certification as a PPC specialist or paid search specialist is beneficial.
• Passionate about marketing and search marketing.
• Proficiency in handling data, tools, and intricate problem-solving.
• Collaborative mindset and a team player.
• Fluent in German and English.

• Develop and execute paid search strategies across Google Ads and Bing Ads to drive high-quality leads.
• Implement best practices to maximize account performance.
• Continuously test and refine strategies, using a data-driven test-and-learn approach.
• Collaborate with the product team to enhance landing page performance and conversion rates.
• Analyze campaign data, generate reports, and provide actionable insights.
• Oversee and optimize YouTube, Google Display Network, and Demand Generation campaigns.
