Company Profile: Our client is a digital advertising agency specializing in high-consideration products. They help businesses with complex offerings increase their sales by combining the power of algorithms with human empathy, storytelling, and style. Their core service is Paid Media Management, which sits at the heart of their operations. In addition, they offer creative campaign development and social-first content production. Duties and Responsibilities: Initially support 3–5 client accounts, working in tandem with existing paid social efforts Collaborate with dedicated client teams consisting of a project manager and paid social specialist Contribute to strategy development for paid search channels based on client goals and performance data Execute day-to-day SEM tasks including keyword research, ad copywriting, bid adjustments, and A/B testing Analyze performance metrics and deliver actionable insights and reports to improve campaign outcomes Communicate regularly with internal team members, offering search-specific input that aligns with broader campaign strategies Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in search engine marketing Must-have Skills / Qualification: Proven experience managing paid search campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing/Microsoft Ads, and Google Merchant Center. Strong understanding of SEM strategies, including campaign planning, execution, optimization, and reporting. Exposure to supporting clients of different industries. Proficiency in using Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics. Advantageous: Familiarity with native analytics tools on ad platforms and GA4 (Google Analytics 4). Experience with Meta Ads Familiarity of experience in using optimization tools and Shopify is nice to have. Who this role is for: People who dig deeper. The type of products we market are high-consideration, which means they have complex consumer buying journeys. A superficial understanding of a challenge or problem won’t cut it. You’ve run Google Ads professionally for 3+ years for several different industries, preferably at an agency. Experience from small agencies: you should be super crafty; – equally comfortable with a smaller budget as you are with the responsibility of handling a large one. Both sides of the brain. The role requires both analytical and creative thinking, so you’ll need to be not just well-rounded, but more or less perfectly spherical. Curiosity killed the cat, but made your career.
