Position: Paid Search Media Strategist
Location: Phoenix, Arizona (On-site 16th Street & Northern)
Status: Exempt

Education: BS in Marketing, Advertising or related field, and Three (3)+ years experience in agency digital media strategy and management required (experience with high-touch platforms like Google Ads, Pinterest, TikTok and others required. Experience with programmatic media and analytics/tracking is a plus)
The Paid Search Media Specialist/Strategist at Defero supports clients by developing, optimizing, analyzing, and communicating paid search strategies to meet client goals. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, as it focuses on executing client deliverables.
In a constantly evolving digital landscape, the Specialist/Strategist will continually refine their skills and adapt to industry changes. Responsibilities include developing and managing paid search campaigns, maintaining budget pacing, and providing performance analysis with actionable recommendations. You will also provide insights on campaign performance both regularly and on-demand, aligning results with client KPI’s across various channels.
Additionally, you will work to continuously expand your own personal knowledge of platform(s) (paid search) and earn identified certifications to more fully develop your own expertise into one of a true holistic marketing expert for the benefits of our clients and for our internal media team associates.
