Overview Role OverviewWe are seeking a Paid Search Specialist with strong technical expertise and the ability to work flexibly across a collaborative digital marketing team. This role will have a dual focus: providing core paid search support and serving as a department floater to assist across various areas of the Paid Search team as needed. Responsibilities Key Focus Areas 1. Core Paid Search ExpertiseYou will support paid search strategy and execution across a range of clients and campaign types. While you may not have a dedicated client portfolio at the outset, you will assist other Paid Search Specialists as needed, contributing to high-quality campaign performance. 2. Flexibility as a Department FloaterThis role requires agility and openness to shifting priorities. You will step in to support various team functions, from production tasks to reporting and ad-hoc projects, ensuring overall department success. Core Responsibilities Build, launch, manage, and optimize PPC, Local Service Ads (LSA), and Remarketing campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising (Bing), and occasionally Facebook (as budget permits). Review and refine Search Terms Reports to maintain strong campaign targeting and relevance. Provide support for Quarterly Promotional Offers and assist in client offboarding activities. Handle PPC production for new onboardings and contribute to small ad-hoc projects as needed. Prepare and deliver monthly performance reports with insights and commentary to guide client strategy. Collaborate with the Success Team (Account Managers) and SEO Specialists to align strategy and execution. Conduct A/B testing, bid strategy experimentation, and landing page optimizations using tools such as Google Analytics. Maintain accurate billing profiles and ensure campaign components are functioning properly and meeting performance benchmarks. Manage a few clients while staying flexible to float between tasks, such as addressing urgent escalations as they arise. Occasional after-hours support may be required for urgent issues.
