We are looking for a Paid Search Specialist to join our team! The Paid Search Specialist will plan, execute, and optimize high-performing paid search campaigns across multiple platforms to drive revenue growth and maximize return on ad spend. This role requires strong analytical capabilities, expertise in digital advertising platforms, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally while managing large-scale budgets in a dynamic retail environment. Responsibilities Plan, execute, and optimize paid search campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and related platforms. Own keyword strategy, bidding methodologies, audience targeting, and creative testing to maximize ROAS and incremental revenue. Analyze performance data daily and weekly to identify trends, risks, and opportunities; proactively recommend optimizations. Partner closely with marketing, merchandising, analytics, and creative teams to align paid search efforts with promotional calendars. Develop and maintain testing roadmaps for ad copy, landing pages, bidding strategies, and audience segmentation. Monitor budgets and pacing to ensure spend aligns with forecasts and business objectives. Produce clear, concise performance reporting with actionable insights for internal stakeholders. Stay current on platform updates, industry trends, and competitive activity within the retail landscape. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 3+ years of hands-on paid search management experience, preferably in retail or eCommerce. Demonstrated success managing large-scale budgets with a focus on ROAS, CPA, and revenue growth. Advanced proficiency in Google Ads; experience with Microsoft Ads strongly preferred. Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics (GA4), Excel/Google Sheets, and data visualization or BI tools. Experience working with product feeds, Shopping campaigns, and automation tools.
