GrowthAssistant is looking for an experienced Paid Search Specialist to take ownership of our client's paid search strategy. The Benefits: 100% Work From Home Attendance, Performance, and Referral Bonuses Paid Holidays (US) and Paid Time-offs Health Insurance Continuous Learning and Development Bi-weekly salary payout Work-Life Balance Core Tasks: Work with the Paid Search Manager to launch and optimize Google and Bing ad campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max, Shopping, and Demand Gen) Set up and manage new campaigns, run weekly A/B tests, and experiment with creatives, targeting, and landing pages to improve performance Research and optimize keywords following paid search best practices Gather ad content, copy, and assets from internal marketing teams Track and adjust ad spend daily, weekly, and monthly to stay on budget and meet performance goals Troubleshoot and resolve Google/Bing Ads and Merchant Center policy or account issues Perform regular account maintenance tasks (keyword analysis, geographic and placement optimization, feed uploads, conversion tracking audits, etc) Analyze data and report on performance metrics like ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPC, and Conversion Rate to identify optimization opportunities Create and maintain campaign reports in Google Sheets using Funnel.io (charts, graphs, pivot tables, formulas, etc) Communicate proactively with the team via Slack, Asana, email, and video calls Must-Haves: 2+ years of Google Ads experience with Search, Performance Max (PMax), and Google Shopping campaigns Experience managing multiple clients concurrently, either at an agency or through an organization with multiple brands Understanding of and experience in calculating ROAS, CTR, CPC, CAC, and other important paid media KPIs and metrics Experience building reports in Excel and Google Sheets to show paid media trends in real time, and over time across campaigns Expertise is understanding Google Ads data and making recommendations to internal team members and clients on what is and is not working, and then adjusting campaigns & ads accordingly Proactive daily communication through Slack/IM, email, and video calls Proven success partnering with .US.-based clients in past roles Ability to work EST or PST hours Nice-to-have: Funnel.io experience Bing Ads and/or Youtube (Demand Gen) ads experience Health and wellness or other industry experience that requires compliance adherence within Google ads via legitscript or G2 certification
Responsibilities
The Paid Search Specialist will work with the Paid Search Manager to launch and optimize Google and Bing ad campaigns. They will also be responsible for managing campaigns, conducting A/B tests, and analyzing performance metrics to identify optimization opportunities.
