Paid Search Specialist Salary: See benefits section Job Type:  * Full Time, 13 Months Fixed Term Contract, 37.5 hours per week (Cardiff) * Full Time, 12 Months Initial Fixed Term Contract followed by an indefinite contract, 40 hours per week (The Hague)    Location: IB (International Baccalaureate®) Global Centre, Cardiff or The Hague Hybrid or remote working opportunity.    About the Job The Paid Search Specialist role sits in our Global Marketing Team, providing a unique opportunity for someone to work on the development and execution of impactful paid search campaigns across diverse search engines, platforms and channels for a mission drive organisation. The Paid Search Specialist will work closely with Global Marketing colleagues to plan, execute and refine targeted digital marketing campaigns with the goal of driving targeted traffic, enhancing brand visibility and achieving measurable business objects. This opportunity can be offered on a Remote or Hybrid basis within the UK or the Netherlands, therefore working patterns will be discussed and considered on an individual basis. Please outline your requirements in your application. Remote workers will be required to visit the offices occasionally as per business needs and will be periodically invited to join the Global Team at an international office (most likely the Netherlands). We offer a Flexible-Working Schedule with our core hours being 10am-12pm and 2pm-3pm, meaning you can flex your hours between 7am and 7pm to suit your professional and personal needs.
