Paid Search Strategist Reports to: Media Director Location: Candidates must reside in India. Fully remote. Rate: $20,000 - $26,000 annual Working Hours: Minimum of 40 hours per week. Role Overview Join Envision Horizons as a Paid Search Strategist and help shape the success of top e-commerce brands! In this pivotal role, you’ll take ownership of multiple PPC campaigns, driving performance across Sponsored Product, Sponsored Brand, and Sponsored Display ads on Amazon. You’ll be the analytical mind behind strategy, optimization, and keyword refinement, turning data into actionable insights that deliver growth. This role blends analytical rigor with creative strategy and offers opportunities to collaborate closely with both internal teams and clients. How You’ll Make an Impact Plan, launch, and optimize high-performing campaigns across Amazon’s advertising ecosystem (Sponsored Product, Sponsored Brand, and Sponsored Display) Develop, monitor, and refine KPIs and budgets to ensure every dollar drives measurable results Audit and analyze campaign history to uncover key performance trends and opportunities for scale Maintain hands-on control of budgets, ensuring efficient spending and maximum ROI Present insightful performance reports to clients and leadership, connecting metrics to meaningful outcomes Partner with Account Managers to align PPC strategies with broader client goals Stay ahead of Amazon’s latest advertising innovations and translate trends into actionable tactics What Sets You Apart Advanced English fluency (C1-C2) with exceptional communication and presentation skills 1–3 years of demonstrated experience managing Amazon PPC campaigns Strong grasp of metrics like CPC, impressions, ACOS, and conversion rate and how they work together to drive profitability Proven success implementing PPC strategies that boost efficiency and deliver tangible business results Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Energized by working across a diverse portfolio of brands and industries A proactive team player who thrives in fast-paced, ever-evolving environments Expert-level Excel abilities (vlookup, pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis) Passionate about e-commerce; you live and breathe it every day!
