Responsibilities
  • Launch & optimize killer campaigns – Set up, execute, and fine-tune paid search campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other platforms. Every ad, every keyword, and every bid will be in your hands - driving traffic, leads, and revenue.
  • Track, analyze, and dominate KPIs – Monitor CPC, CTR, conversion rates, and every metric that matters. Spot trends, identify opportunities, and adjust bids and targeting in real time to keep campaigns performing at peak levels.
  • Test, tweak, and refine ad creative – Write high-impact ad copy, A/B test new variations, and boost engagement with smart, strategic messaging. You’ll cut underperformers and double down on what works.
  • Control budgets like a pro – Manage daily and weekly spend, keeping CPA low and ROI high. Shift budgets, optimize placements, and maximize every dollar to ensure our campaigns stay profitable.
  • Spy on the competition – Keep an eye on rival strategies, analyze their moves, and adjust our approach to stay ahead. Leverage new tools and platform features to give us the edge.
  • Keep stakeholders in the loop – Work hand-in-hand with PPC Managers, Account Managers, and other teams to ensure paid search aligns with big-picture marketing goals. Share performance insights, propose new strategies, and collaborate on next-level optimizations.
  • Report, recommend, and scale – Build powerful performance reports that don’t just show data—they tell a story. Use those insights to drive smarter decisions, increase efficiency, and elevate our campaigns to new heights.
