Responsibilities

ROLE SNAPSHOT

With our team growing and exciting new projects on the horizon, we’re on the lookout for a Paid Social Executive to join our fast-paced, dynamic team. In this role, you’ll take the lead in managing and executing campaigns across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Snapchat, Pinterest, and Reddit, working with clients in fashion, travel, hospitality, and tech.
You’ll be the driving force behind campaign execution, optimisation, and performance analysis, ensuring every strategy delivers maximum impact. Working closely with our Senior Paid Social Account Managers and Head of Paid Social, you’ll have the support to grow, but also the autonomy to take ownership and push boundaries.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Manage Campaign Execution – Lead the activation, optimisation, and performance tracking of paid social campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit, and Pinterest, ensuring they deliver strong results.

  • Optimise & Innovate – Regularly conduct account audits, hygiene checks, A/B tests, and ad optimisations, refining copy, audience targeting, and bidding strategies to maximise impact.

  • Analyse & Report – Monitor budget pacing and ROI, generating weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports with actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.
  • Provide Strategic Insights – Identify growth opportunities, analyse campaign data, and share key findings with Senior Paid Social Account Managers to enhance account efficiency.
  • Support Client Success – Respond to client queries where needed, ensuring seamless communication and proactive problem-solving.
  • Plan & Prioritise – Work closely with the Account Manager to align with client goals, plan daily, weekly, and monthly activity, and manage tasks efficiently.
  • Stay Ahead of Trends – Keep up with platform updates and industry changes, ensuring best practices are applied to all campaigns and shared internally.
