We’re looking for a Paid Social Analyst to join our team in Copenhagen. If you have a creative mindset, is performance-driven, and eager to grow clients through social media, we’d love to hear from you!
About The Role
As a Paid Social Analyst, you will join our Paid Social team own campaign execution, shape the direction, and drive performance across a portfolio of clients. You’ll collaborate with the wider dentsu team and other specialist teams to bring big ideas to life while focusing on delivering tangible results.

Key Responsibilities

• Campaign Execution & Optimization: Support the setup, monitoring, and optimization of Paid Social campaigns across multiple platforms. Assist with pacing, creative testing, and reporting to ensure campaigns run smoothly and meet objectives.
• Learning & Development: Work closely with senior team members to understand campaign strategies, platform best practices, and client objectives. Actively develop your skills through training, feedback, and hands-on experience.
• Collaboration & Support: Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and insights for clients. Work alongside senior colleagues to contribute to client projects and brainstorm new ideas.
• Data & Insights: Help gather and interpret performance data to identify trends and opportunities, supporting the team in making informed decisions.

About you

• Paid Social Expertise: Experience with Meta, TikTok, SnapChat, and Pinterest Ads Management including planning, execution, and optimisation.
• Creative mindset: An interest in creating engaging ad content and a flair for spotting what works visually and conceptually.
• Innovative Mindset: Passionate about staying ahead of trends and solving challenges with new technologies.
• Collaboration & Communication: Team-oriented, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
• Language Skills: Fluent in Danish and English (both written and spoken).
