ABOUT Newform is a performance marketing agency that oversees ~100m/yr in spend for tech and mobile brands. We help category disruptors (Betr, ElevenLabs, Binance etc) scale paid social with our short-form content-led approach. We have an in-house content team that creates thousands of human ads a month with the goal of driving efficient growth for our clients. THE ROLE: As a paid social analyst, you will turn messy ad data into clear insights. Working with media buyers and account managers, you will work across accounts to provide reports, forecasts, and suggest decisions based off your analysis. This is a role for someone with a high slope: you are a recent grad or new to performance marketing and looking to learn quickly. You'll join a veteran team with decades of combined experience and be at the forefront of performance marketing today. RESPONSIBILITIES Build and maintain weekly/monthly reporting across Meta + TikTok (and other channels as needed) Identify what’s driving performance changes: creative mix, audience shifts, delivery changes, funnel issues, attribution, seasonality, etc Build forecasting and projection tools with the assistance of the engineering team Proactively suggest optimizations to improve clients' media program efficiency and scalability REQUIREMENTS Very strong analytical skills. We think advertising and trading are not too different (see our essay here). If you nerd out over probability distributions, like poker, and have always loved patterns, this role is for you Hunger to learn (Preferred) Past performance marketing or trading role BENEFITS This is a full-time in-office position (NYC).
