The Paid Social Analyst Opportunity:
We are seeking a Paid Social Analyst to join our growing Ignite team. You will collaborate closely with the Media Buying and Account Management teams to plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid social campaigns across platforms including Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Snapchat, Pinterest, and Nextdoor.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or related field preferred
- 6+ months of experience in digital media, preferably in paid social (preferred, not required)
- Hands-on experience with platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, Pinterest Ads and Nextdoor ads is a plus
- Highly organized with strong time management skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-starter who thrives both independently and in a team setting
- Must be proficient, intermediate level, with Excel, PowerPoint, Word
