About the position: The Paid Social & Influencer Coordinator supports brand growth by executing high-volume ad campaigns across Meta and TikTok while managing the end-to-end micro-influencer program. By bridging technical ad management with creator scouting and content brief alignment, you will help expand Cullen Jewellery’s global reach and digital performance. Key Responsibilities include: Execute the paid media roadmap by building, uploading, and launching a high volume of ad campaigns across Meta and TikTok in support of the Paid Social Specialist. Source and recruit a steady stream of micro-influencers and creators who align with brand identity and campaign objectives. Write clear, conversion-focused creative briefs for influencers utilising hooks and angles defined by the overarching creative strategy. Review, QA, and approve all incoming influencer deliverables to ensure strict adherence to brief requirements, brand guidelines, and quality standards before they go live. Monitor campaign delivery to proactively identify and escalate anomalies, spend spikes, pacing issues, or under-delivery. Assist with performance reporting by extracting data from Meta, TikTok, and influencer tracking tools to help identify winning creatives and overarching trends. Identify and engage creators through Meta and TikTok marketplaces, fostering strong ongoing partnerships. What are we seeking? Proven experience in paid social media operations and managing high-volume influencer or creator programs. Experience with Meta and TikTok Ads Manager, including campaign setup, and basic troubleshooting. A deep understanding of the current social media landscape, with the ability to write conversion-focused creative briefs and QA content effectively. Basic digital editing skills, with the ability to resize visual assets, source trending audio, and adapt content for platform best practices. Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage a high-volume ad upload pipeline and conflicting priorities.
