WHERE DO YOU FIT IN?

As our Paid Social Campaign Manager, you will be responsible for the managing, executing and delivering client’s paid social strategy and efficient day to day management of assigned client accounts, focusing on delivering performance against agreed KPIs.
Key Responsibilities include planning, executing, optimising and reporting on best-in-class paid social media campaigns through available social media marketing platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn) and working closely with the Account Management team to communicate campaign strategy, progress and results.

Responsibilities
  • Creating and managing paid social campaigns across Meta and LinkedIn.
  • Planning media budgets, setting KPIs, and developing targeting strategies aligned to campaign objectives.
  • Working with clients to understand campaign goals and translating them into actionable media plans.
  • Developing creative assets, copy, and messaging that align with client brand guidelines and platform best practices.
  • Optimising campaign performance by adjusting bids, audiences, and creatives based on real-time data to maximise ROI.
  • Reporting on campaign performance, delivering insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Conducting audience research and competitor analysis to inform targeting and messaging strategies.
  • Staying on top of emerging digital trends, platform updates (especially around automation and AI), and testing new ad formats and opportunities.
  • Collaborating with content, design, and account teams to ensure consistent campaign execution and client satisfaction.
