JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an experienced Paid Social & Display Manager (all genders) to join our team.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Severals years of experience in Paid Social, preferably within eCommerce brands. Hands-on experience with Facebook Business Manager is essential, and familiarity with TikTok is advantageous.
  • Professional English skills, both spoken and written, to communicate effectively in our international environment.
  • A motivated self-starter with ambition, curiosity, and a willingness to explore new ideas.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating effectively with diverse personalities.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong multitasking abilities.
  • Advanced data manipulation skills, with essential proficiency in Excel.
  • Experience with Google Analytics is desirable.
Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize Paid Social and Display platforms on a day-to-day basis, including campaign building and audience creation.
  • Analyze and manipulate performance data to identify areas for improvement and revenue growth opportunities.
  • Provide actionable insights and reporting on performance against forecast and KPIs on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Maintain gold-standard platform hygiene and adopt a best-in-class approach to campaign setup and optimization through global collaboration.
  • Monitor and analyze competitor activity to inform strategy.
  • Identify and test new opportunities and creative ideas, applying learnings to ongoing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, marketing measurement and brand marketing
  • Optimize technology platforms and external partnerships, such as Meta and TikTok, to maximize results.
