Sydney | Hybrid (3 days in office) | Up to $85K + Super We’re partnering with a high-performing, performance-led digital agency working with major retail and eCommerce brands across Australia. They’re looking for a Senior Paid Social Executive who’s ready to truly own accounts, sharpen their commercial thinking, and step into more strategic exposure. This is not a “set and forget” campaign role. It’s hands-on, client-facing, and built for someone who wants to push accounts forward and grow quickly within a structured agency environment. What You’ll Be Doing Managing paid social accounts end-to-end (Meta-led, with multi-platform exposure) Tracking budgets and ensuring spend accuracy Monitoring content calendars and campaign pacing Briefing and overseeing an assistant who builds ads Weekly reporting and performance insights Ongoing account optimisation Working closely with Senior Account Managers on strategy Managing client comms and updates You’ll have support on every account (SAM + Assistant structure), but smaller accounts will be fully yours to own. What Success Looks Like (First 3–6 Months) Completely across all accounts with clean tracking and zero budget errors Trusted by clients and internal team Strong project and time management across multiple accounts Confidently taking ownership and proactively driving performance What They’re Looking For Agency background is essential Strong attention to detail and time management Comfortable managing budgets without errors Confident in client communication Passionate about paid social and performance marketing Genuinely driven to grow Completed tertiary qualification (degree required) Technical knowledge is valued (GA4, pixels, catalogues), but mindset and ownership are more important than being ultra-technical.
