Responsibilities

IF YOU THRIVE ON PERFORMANCE, LOVE A/B TESTING YOUR WAY TO OVER 10X ROAS, AND WANT FLEXIBLE, REMOTE WORK, YOU’LL LOVE THIS ROLE.

You’ll own strategy, creative development, testing, optimization, and scaling campaigns, focused on hitting aggressive ROAS and CPA targets. If you enjoy testing new hooks, building responsive search ads, diagnosing underperforming campaigns, and scaling what works, this role is built for you.

We’re a remote-first, fast-moving startup with a hybrid sales model:

  • 75% of customers purchase directly (e-commerce-style)
  • 25% convert through lead generation and sales team follow-up

You’ll build and optimize campaigns for both.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Own performance marketing strategy and execution across Google Ads and at least two platforms: YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, or Facebook
  • Write, launch, and test new hooks, angles, CTAs, and Responsive Search Ads (RSAs) regularly
  • Run A/B tests across creative, targeting, and placements to improve ROAS and reduce CPA
  • Diagnose underperforming campaigns and rapidly implement data-backed fixes
  • Scale top-performing ad sets to maximize revenue
  • Create biweekly reports summarizing key insights, trends, and next steps
  • Conduct audits on past or prospective campaigns to identify areas for growth
  • Collaborate directly with the founder and small team to align with broader business goals
