And that starts with getting our voice out. That is why we are currently searching for our next colleague to join us as a Paid Social & Influencer Marketing Specialist for Germany. In this role, you’ll help us connect with more customers, drive meaningful growth, and help accelerate our mission.
The role is based in our Stockholm headquarters, as we believe building a close team is essential as we scale up in Germany. Here, you’ll work side by side colleagues tackling the same challenges in other markets, helping with creativity and good decision-making. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

As a Paid Social & Influencer Marketing Specialist you will be part of a team that drives Anyfin’s growth, with focus on Germany. Your main task will be developing and optimizing paid social media campaigns across different platforms and creating influencer collaborations from scratch. Your ability to improve customer acquisition, adjust strategies in real-time, and stay up-to-date with social trends is crucial to maximizing the impact of both paid social and influencer marketing initiatives. Sounds fun and challenging enough? Well let us tell you: it is!

In more detail, you will:

• Find influencers we can work with, negotiate deals and create great collaborations.
• Manage performance marketing channels, produce content and optimize the performance.
• Evaluate performance of customer acquisition through data and understanding of marketing.
• Keep on track with social media trends and create actionable insights based on those.
• Identify new relevant target groups and how to reach them.

In order to be successful and impactful in this role we believe that we will find the following in your profile:

• Fluent in German and English
• Be driven by goals and performance, to do the best marketing.
• Work experience in the influencer marketing landscape in Germany.
• Have a willingness to approach projects with a can-do attitude and create processes where there isn’t one.
• Negotiation experience. Price matters!
• Have a BSc or MSc in a business field.
• Have a customer centric approach and genuinely believe in our vision of helping millions of people improve their financial life
