Description
Description Ready to roll up your sleeves and learn the ins and outs of paid social? As our Paid Social Intern, you’ll help build campaigns, connect with clients, and dig into performance data...all while working alongside a team that’s collaborative and supportive. We’re looking for driven students who are excited to learn, collaborate, and contribute. As an intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience working alongside our team on real projects while building valuable skills that translate beyond the classroom. Our internship program is designed to give you exposure to agency life, opportunities to grow your skill set, and a chance to see how great ideas turn into great work. This position is open to current college students who are able to earn academic credit through their program of study upon completion of the internship. This is an unpaid, for-credit opportunity running from June-August, with flexible start and end dates. Interns will be paired with a mentor who will provide guidance throughout the internship. While much of your work will be completed independently, your mentor will support you as you gain hands-on, real-world experience and further immerse yourself in the industry. Requirements Build, launch, and manage digital ads across platforms, including scheduling and optimizing campaigns Coordinate and communicate with clients to secure ad approvals, utilizing tools like Monday.com and professional email correspondence Pull, analyze, and report on weekly performance data using GA4, in-platform analytics, and Tableau to support campaign insights and optimization Able to commit to approximately 20 hours/week throughout the internship Who We Are Brunner is an integrated marketing communications agency with a fast-paced, creative environment. We recognize that we're a mixed group of people with different priorities in our lives, so we empower our employees to create their ideal working scenario...in-office, at home, or a hybrid of both. Keep in mind you might need to pop into the office for a client meeting here and there, or even an agency-wide meeting. Environmental Demands Normal office environment. Ability to sit for extended periods of time including extensive use of PC equipment. We like everyone, so we are an equal opportunity employer. We do not consider your race, religion, ethnicity, national origin, age, sex, disability, marital status, sexual orientation, or veteran status when deciding to hire you. We just want you to be you.
