Responsibilities

THE ROLE

As the Paid Social Media Marketing Manager, you’ll take the lead in delivering engaging, results-driven marketing campaigns across all major digital channels. You’ll manage everything from strategy to execution and reporting, working with in-house creatives to ensure every campaign reflects our brand and delivers impact. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, creative environment and brings a proactive, strategic mindset to everything they do.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Plan, execute, and oversee digital marketing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google, TikTok, email, and other platforms
  • Manage and optimise paid media campaigns across all platforms, but with specific reference to Meta and PPC
  • Report weekly and monthly on KPIs such as ROAS, CTR, CPM, CPCs, and conversions.
  • Create and manage email marketing strategies that boost customer engagement and retention
  • Guide and refine our social media strategy in line with brand goals
  • Collaborate with other team members to deliver compelling and on-brand visuals and messaging, which can then be utilised on paid campaigns.
  • Monitor, report, and analyse campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager
  • Stay ahead of digital trends, platform changes, and competitor activity
  • Lead with initiative, self-managing workflows, deadlines, and campaign progress
  • Motivate through action, bringing energy, organisation, and creativity to the marketing process
