KEY SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience running paid social media campaigns for brands (ideally in the automotive industry).
  • Strong understanding of key social media platforms (X, Instagram,, etc.) and their advertising tools.
  • Ability to analyse performance data and create reports to drive informed decisions.
  • Familiarity with social media analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Experience with A/B testing, conversion tracking, and optimising campaigns for performance.
  • Strong copywriting skills and the ability to craft messages that resonate with a target audience of car buyers and enthusiasts.
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry, including vehicle sales and car parts, is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a creative, data-driven Paid Social Media Analyst to manage and optimise our paid social media campaigns. You will play a key role in developing strategies to increase brand awareness, promote our vehicle sales, and drive traffic to our parts store across various social media platforms (such as X, Instagram, LinkedIn). It is crucial that the ideal candidate is passionate about the automotive industry.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Campaign Management: Plan, create, and manage paid social media campaigns (on Facebook, Instagram, X and other relevant platforms) to promote vehicle sales and parts.
  • Audience Targeting: Develop and execute audience segmentation strategies to target specific customer groups, such as car enthusiasts, mechanics, and vehicle owners.
  • Ad Copy & Creative Development: Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad copy and visuals that resonate with automotive customers.
  • Mail shots: Be able to create, diversify and measure our mailings. Must have prior experience
  • Budget Management: Oversee and optimise advertising budgets to ensure cost-effective ad spend and maximum ROI on campaigns.
  • Performance Analysis: Track and report on key performance metrics (KPIs) such as click-through rates, conversions, cost per acquisition (CPA), and return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • A/B Testing: Conduct ongoing A/B testing to continuously improve campaign performance, from ad formats to messaging.
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date with trends in the automotive industry, including new car models, aftermarket parts, and relevant customer behaviors.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other marketing teams (SEO, content, and web) to ensure cohesive digital marketing strategies.
  • Reporting & Insights: Provide actionable insights from campaign data to senior marketing leaders, suggesting improvements and adjustments for future campaigns.
