POSITION: PART-TIME SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER (10–15 HRS/WEEK- POSSIBLY MORE)

Modern Spare is a growing name in the automotive space, and we’re looking for a creative, organized, and strategy-minded Social Media Manager to join our team part-time.
This role is ideal for someone who understands the power of community, brand voice, and visual storytelling, without needing to be the one creating all the content from scratch. You’ll work closely with our marketing director on strategy and scope. You will have access to key resources, including our in-house videographer and graphic designer, to help bring your ideas to life.

• Collaborate on and execute a weekly/monthly social media calendar across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other key platforms.
• Write or co-write engaging captions that reflect the Modern Spare voice and drive audience interaction.
• Coordinate with the creative team to ensure the timely rollout of photo/video assets.
• Schedule and publish posts using a social media management tool.
• Track performance metrics and provide insights for improvement.
• Stay up to date with trends to keep our content fresh, relevant, and exciting.
