REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Media, or related field.
  • At least 2 years’ experience in paid social media advertising.
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Familiar with social media KPIs (CPC, CPA, ROAS, CPM).
  • Knowledge of influencer marketing and content seeding is a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Plan, launch, and scale paid advertising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn.
  • Manage end-to-end YouTube channel growth (setup, keyword optimization, thumbnails, playlists).
  • Develop ad creatives and work with design/content teams for visuals and video ads.
  • Analyse campaign performance, audience targeting, and conversions.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad formats, placements, and CTAs.
  • Monitor competitors and platform trends to identify new opportunities.
  • Ensure ad campaigns comply with platform guidelines and policies.
