What You’ll Be Doing
As our Social Media Specialist, you will play a key role in helping our customers grow their employer brands through creative and data-driven campaigns. You’ll:
Create, manage, and optimize campaigns across Meta, Snapchat, TikTok and LinkedIn Ads Manager.
Write engaging copy for ads and campaigns to attract top talent for our clients.
Design branded visuals with graphic design tools.
Analyze performance data, conduct A/B tests, and optimize campaigns for better results.
Collaborate with our team to brainstorm and implement creative solutions for client growth.

While we value personality and potential above all, we’re looking for someone with:
Fluency in English and Swedish, both written and spoken.
Education in digital marketing or a related field.
Hands-on experience with Meta and LinkedIn Ads Manager.
Strong skills in writing compelling and engaging copy.
Proficiency in graphic design for creating branded content.
Skillful and passionate about analyzing, testing, and optimizing campaigns to drive results.
Ambition to help us and our clients grow exponentially.
A preference for working on-site in our Stockholm office.
