We’re looking for an ambitious and hands-on Founder’s Associate (Working Student) to join Performativ. This is a rare opportunity to work side-by-side with the founding & executive team of a high-growth fintech scale-up, gaining exposure to strategic decision-making, operations, and data-driven execution.
As a Founder’s Associate, you will support strategic and operational initiatives across multiple business areas. You’ll be working with large volumes of data, helping shape key decisions, and have direct access to the founders of Performativ.

• Work directly with the founding team on strategic projects across commercial, operational, and product functions
• Analyze large datasets to generate insights that support high-stakes decision-making
• Build and maintain Excel models, dashboards in Hubspot, and reports to track business performance
• Conduct market research and benchmarking of the industry
• Prepare investor materials and internal documentation
• Own and drive mini-projects independently with full responsibility
