Key Responsibilities: - Supervise and engage children in a variety of recreational, educational, and outdoor activities - Ensure the safety and well-being of all children at all times - Foster a supportive and inclusive environment that encourages participation and teamwork - Serve as a positive role model, demonstrating good behavior and communication skills - Address children's needs promptly and effectively - Maintain cleanliness and organization of activity areas and facilities Gretchen's House offers a dynamic and supportive environment where staff can grow professionally while making a meaningful difference. Requirements - Previous experience working with young children in a group care setting - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to changing situations - Responsible, energetic, and enthusiastic attitude - Flexibility to work during summer months - Passion for working with children and creating memorable experiences - Immunization requirements: must provide updated TB results and proof of MMR, Tdap, Hep B, Varicella (Covid strongly recommended)
