Job Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced business developer and marketer that can help expand and advertise our practice in Englewood, Clifton and Woodbridge area of New Jersey.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive patient acquisition, retention, and referral growth.
  • Build, protect, and promote the practice’s brand identity across all platforms.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Manage and optimize the practice’s website, SEO/SEM, Google Ads, and social media presence.
  • Create and oversee online campaigns to promote procedures, services, and new providers.
  • Monitor analytics, patient reviews, and reputation management platforms.
  • Strengthen relationships with referring providers through outreach, lunch-and-learns, newsletters, and direct communication.
  • Develop marketing materials tailored for physicians, case managers, and other referral sources.
  • Organize patient education events, health fairs, and local sponsorships to increase awareness of services.
  • Represent the practice at professional and community events.
  • Oversee the creation of brochures, patient handouts, email campaigns, and video content.
  • Collaborate with clinical staff to develop educational material highlighting the benefits of procedures and treatments.
  • Partner with front office and clinical teams to ensure consistent patient-centered messaging.
  • Monitor patient feedback channels to identify opportunities for improvement.

Experience

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 3–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in healthcare, medical practice, or multi-location service industry.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing (SEO, PPC, social media, reputation management).
  • Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to analyze performance metrics and adjust strategy accordingly.
  • Creative thinker with hands-on execution skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
