Whether you’re on stage leading the painting or floating the room hyping things up, you’re energized by the moment. Acrylic painting skills are a must. Bonus points if you’ve got performance, hospitality or restaurant experience. What You’ll Be Doing Lead our signature painting sessions: walk guests through step-by-step, make it fun, and keep the energy high. Set up the master painting and stage each session to look sharp and professional (with our templates). Welcome guests as they arrive, get them settled, hand out aprons, and ensure they’re ready to roll. Serve as a food & drink ambassador: let guests know about our options, help with orders, and keep the service flowing. Engage guests during the session: answer questions, spark creativity, and take fun photos for social media. Wrap up the night: assist with cleanup and make sure the studio is set for the next event. What You'll Bring A vibrant presence and strong communication skills. Proficiency in acrylic painting, and ideally some experience teaching or leading a group. Comfortable standing for long periods, moving around a busy space, lifting up to ~50 lbs and being agile with a fast-paced crowd. Flexible availability: most sessions happen during evenings and weekends. Reliable transportation and open to up to 20% travel (for off-site events). Must be 21+. Certifications like TIPS or ServSafe are a plus, but we’ll provide if needed.
