We are looking for a reliable, full-time General Labourer / Paintline Worker to join our team at Excell Railing Systems. From our Surrey branch, we manufacture, powder coat, and ship aluminum railings across Canada and the U.S.A.
This role is primarily focused on our paintline but may also include general labour tasks in other areas of production as needed.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Reliable and punctual
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude
• Quick learner, able to follow instructions
• Physically fit, energetic, and able to lift/move materials as required
• Willing and able to work overtime during peak summer months

• Assist with powder coating operations
• Accurately pick and identify parts for coating
• Prep and hang products for powder coating
• Operate wash and oven equipment
• Inspect finished products for defects and quality standards
• Perform other general labour duties in production or shipping as needed
• Work independently with minimal supervision when required
