Description
Responsibilities
Masking and prepping components using Dual Actions sanders
Removing any excess weld spatter with scrapers and sandpaper
Deburring/preparing components.
Communicating with the Department’s Team Leader to understand clear production plans so that objectives can be met.
Ensuring the preparations of components/parts are completed in accordance to standards within specifications provided
Undertaking training and development set by the Team Leader & Management
Supporting cost reduction initiatives by introducing new ideas or removing waste and non-value-added time or operations to increase profitability whilst maintaining compliance.
Ensure compliance to all general site Rules, Regulations, Policies & Procedures.
Any other duties as required by management to suit business needs.

Adherence to company health and safety procedures.
