Description Position Overview: As part of the Open Road Collision group DBA Franks Collision, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality collision repair services with exceptional customer care. Our team is dedicated to restoring vehicles to pre-accident condition while making the repair process as smooth and stress-free as possible for our customers. We're currently seeking a motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Paint Prep Technician. Position Duties: Works and communicates with others on vehicle repair and status Performs quality repairs while keeping on-time status in mind Ability to spray is a plus Performing work as outlined on repair orders Performing prep, sanding, wiping, bagging, buffing as needed by the paint shop Operating all equipment in the collision center in a safe and productive manner Following Safety Standards for the use of personal protective equipment (safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection) while working Inspecting all work performed as a Quality Control (QC) measure as soon as jobs are completed Mixing all chemicals according to manufacturer directions/specifications Why Work With Us?
