Core Responsibility: Prepare material for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking surfaces to ensure optimal paint adhesion. Inspect product for damage and assess the necessary repairs before painting. Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized workspace. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Other duties as assigned Requirements HS diploma or equivalent, required. Previous experience in a paint shop is preferred. Familiarity with painting techniques is highly desirable. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Excellent communication skills to interact with team members effectively.
