Regular quarterly raises from 3 months until top out pay of $32.24 is reached in 2.5 years. 2nd shift hours are 3pm – 11:30pm M-F After 90 days you will be eligible for benefits: · Health/Dental/Vision Insurance · Flexible Spending Account · Life Insurance · 401(k) · 401(k) Matching · Paid Time Off General Summary Paint finished product in accordance with set specifications to produce high quality woven wire products. Essential Duties and Tasks Prepare material for paint application. Hang metal panels and parts onto moving conveyor. Apply paint with brush, roller or spray gun. Inspect products to verify conformance to specifications. Load and transport finished product. Assure that all materials and supplies are available as needed in order to promote maximum efficiency for each work process and meet set productivity goals each day. Detect and notify supervisor of faulty operation of equipment and/or defective materials. Maintain clean and orderly work area. Working Conditions Manufacturing facility/ warehouse environment with moderate to loud noise levels. Loading, unloading and painting material on constantly moving paint conveyor. Non-temperature regulated facility. Constant material transport via fork lift throughout facility. 8 hour work days – 5 days per week (Monday – Friday). Mandatory overtime depending on operation schedule. Work alone or with other co-workers. Steady pace with set productivity goals to be met each day. Physical Demands Must wear paint arrestors while painting. Constant standing, bending, and stooping. Frequent reaching, lifting, pushing and pulling. Exerting 50 lbs to 80 lbs of force occasionally, and/or 20 lbs to 50 lbs of force frequently, and/or up to 20 lbs of force constantly to move objects. Frequent precisely coordinated movements of the fingers and hands to grasp and manipulate objects. Machines, Tools, Equipment Scanner Moving Paint Conveyor Spray Guns Paint Pallet Jacks Blasting Machine Rolling Carts Personal Protective Equipment Other Various Hand Tools Requirements Skills & Knowledge Production painting experience preferred but not required. Able to read standard tape measure. Must be able to read, write and perform basic math calculations. Strong mechanical aptitude preferred but not required. High School Diploma or GED
