Shift and Compensation

• 1st shift
• 6:00am-6:00pm
• Monday - Friday (Possible OT on Saturday)
• $16.00/hr

Job Duties

• Test production samples of Paint, Thermoplastic, Preformed Thermoplastic and/or Glass Beads; Reporting any problems to Chemist, Senior Technician, and Product Technology Manager ASAP
• Complete QC Sheets, create certificates of analysis, and update QC Logs within 24 hours of production
• Assist with pretest sampling and paperwork for batch approval
• Assist Sr. Technicians, Chemists, and Production as required with project and R&D work

Maintain Lab equipment, including calibration checks, and work in a safe and organized manner

Conduct all work duties according to ISO QMS and contribute to ISO Continual Improvement
*
General lab work preferred- employment or school-work
*
Must have experience with Microsoft Office, email and general computer skills
*
Must be detailed in recording and reporting data
*
Must be able to communicate in both written and spoken format
*
Must be able to report and test in a timely fashion
