Job Description: We are looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Paint Sprayer Supervisor to oversee our client’s in-house paint shop. You will lead a small team of paint sprayers and finishers, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency in the preparation and finishing of the products they manufacture. This role involves prepping products using both powder coating and wet paint methods. A significant part of the role will be office-based, ordering paint and other materials.

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day activities in the paint spraying department.
• Carry out paint preparation, priming, top-coating, and finishing using a variety of spray techniques (wet spray).
• Ensure all jobs meet exacting quality and colour specifications.
• Train, mentor, and support junior staff in paint preparation and application.
• Manage and order stock levels of paints, solvents, and consumables.
• Enforce health and safety best practices and ensure proper use of PPE.
• Work closely with the Production Manager and QC team to meet deadlines and maintain standards.
