Tri-Arc has immediate openings for 2nd Shift Assembly & Paint Line Technicians, Monday to Friday, 2:30 pm to 10:30 pm (may change to 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm). These are full-time positions, and Tri-Arc offers a competitive starting rate along with a generous benefit package, opportunity for career growth, and the ability to join the United Steelworkers Union after a probationary period. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on, challenging work and wants to gain high-quality manufacturing experience in a fast-paced environment. Essential Functions: Assemble products by bolting, clipping, screwing, cementing, and fastening parts together Tend machines such as nut drivers and riveting machines to perform force-fitting and fastening operations Repair products by dismantling, straightening, reshaping, and reassembling parts Spray-manufactured products with protective coating, powder, and paint Operate spray guns filled with paint, powder, and other liquids to coat products Perform visual inspections to ensure quality and finish standards are met Maintain a clean and organized work area Alternate between assembly and paint line operations as production needs require Other duties as assigned Experience & Qualifications: 6+ months of general labor or manufacturing experience Experience with hand tools (drills, grinders, etc.) is helpful but not required Ability to stand, walk, kneel, stoop, or sit for extended periods of time Must be capable of working in environments with extreme hot or cold temperatures Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs Benefits: Competitive Starting Rate ($24.93/hour) PTO Medical, Dental, Vision 401K plan Referral program Friendly, Collaborative Team Environment Personal and Professional Growth Potential Great work-life balance - NO WEEKENDS Triarc Manufacturing is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to creating an inclusive and respectful workplace for all employees.
