Competitive Pay: Paint technicians can earn up to $190,000+ through our flat rate and bonus system. 26 flat rate, up to 32 flat rate including top production level. Performance Bonuses: Extra pay for surpassing bi-weekly production hour thresholds Material Bonus: Earn a quarterly bonus for minimizing material usage High Production Potential: Experienced technicians typically bill 480+ hours per Month. Comprehensive Benefits: Health, Dental, and Vision Coverage Paid Uniforms Schedule: Day Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
