About the Role As a Collision Repair Technician, you will play a pivotal role in restoring vehicles to pre-accident condition while delivering a world-class customer experience. You’ll: Perform thorough disassembly, repair, and reassembly of vehicles. Ensure structural integrity by repairing and realigning frames, panels, and body components. Use advanced tools and repair methods to achieve OEM-level quality and safety standards. Communicate and collaborate with teammates to meet repair timelines and KPIs. Deliver repaired vehicles with confidence, ensuring work is complete and customer-ready. What You Bring High school diploma or equivalent required. Completion of a technical school program or an apprenticeship in auto body repair is preferred. Strong knowledge of collision repair methods, tools, and procedures. Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment. Physical ability to bend, kneel, lift up to 30 lbs., and safely perform repairs in a shop environment.
