Job Description The Painter is responsible for maintaining the hotel’s protective coatings, finishes, and aesthetic standards. This role ensures all painted surfaces, wall coverings, and furniture finishes are well maintained, repaired, and compliant with brand standards, safety codes, and hotel policies. Attention to detail and adherence to Accor service philosophies are essential. Key Responsibilities: Carry out maintenance of all hotels protective coatings and finishes to ensure a high-quality appearance at all times. Perform furniture polishing, staining, and minor furniture repairs as required. Conduct minor wall covering repairs and replacements. Maintain and update inventory records of paint schemes used throughout the hotel. Ensure adequate stock levels of touch-up paint and stains are maintained. Carry out assigned shift duties and assist with general maintenance work as required. Perform other related duties as directed by the Chief Engineer. Demonstrate strong attention to detail in all tasks performed. Ensure all work is completed in accordance with applicable codes, rules, and safety standards.
