Apply now and be a part of our exciting team. Job Description Key Responsibilities Paint, repair, and maintain internal and external surfaces, furniture, and equipment. Prepare, mix, and apply paints, stains, and finishes using correct tools and techniques. Install or repair wall coverings, caulking, grouting, and varnished or lacquered surfaces. Complete scheduled and ad-hoc maintenance tasks in the Property Management System (PMS). Ensure all work meets WHS, EPA, and manufacturer standards. Liaise with the Chief Engineer and departments to prioritise and complete work requests. Maintain accurate job records and support broader maintenance needs. Deliver friendly, professional service while upholding Accor’s Heartist values. Follow WHS procedures, use PPE correctly, and report hazards or incidents promptly. Contribute to sustainability and support Accor’s ESG initiatives. Qualifications Trade qualification in Painting & Decorating or related field (preferred). Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in painting, finishing, and surface maintenance in a commercial, hotel, or large-scale facility. Strong knowledge of paint types, surface preparation, and application techniques. Ability to operate hand tools and small machinery safely. Good communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team environment.
