JOB DESCRIPTION

Join a dynamic team of 4-5 individuals tasked with chemically treating parts coming off the production floor. You will learn processes such as alodine, anodize (chromic and sulfuric), and passivate through detailed training. This role requires adherence to strict timing-based protocols to ensure objects are properly processed in and out of chemicals.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

• Minimum of 1 year experience in manufacturing or production.
• Knowledge of chemical handling processes.
• Ability to perform time-oriented tasks efficiently.
• Understanding of WHMIS regulations.

ADDITIONAL SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience with electroplating, anodizing, and chromic sulfuric processes.
• Familiarity with alodine and passivate techniques.

• Participate in chemical treatment processes including alodine, anodize, and passivate.
• Follow precise timing-based procedures for chemical dips.
• Collaborate with a team to ensure efficient production workflow.
• Maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness while handling chemicals.
