If so, we invite you to join our team as a Painter and Decorator for our care homes. In this role, you will have the opportunity to use your talents to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.

Responsibilities include:

  • Work closely with our care home managers and staff to understand the unique needs and preferences of our residents
  • Prepare surfaces and apply paint, wallpaper, and other decorative finishes to enhance the appearance of our care homes
  • Select colours, textures, and materials that create a warm and inviting atmosphere for our residents
  • Install and maintain decorative elements such as artwork, mirrors, and accessories to enhance the overall aesthetic of our care homes
  • Coordinate with maintenance, facilities and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and completion of projects
  • Conduct regular inspections of our care homes to identify maintenance needs and address any issues promptly
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment for yourself, our staff, and our residents

About you, the successful Painter and Decorator

  • Previous experience painting and decorating
  • Well organised and able to prioritise work.
  • Ability to work on own initiative and manage time effectively.
  • Working knowledge of Health and Safety at Work Act.
  • excellent understanding of COSHH
  • Must have a current driving license.
