Painter and Decorator:

We’re looking for a number of painter and decorators to join our small family business on a full-time basis.
Carter Decorating specialise in a range of high-quality decorating services across both interior and exterior, including wallpapering, spraying, trim and decoration, as well as a range of joinery and masonry repairs.
Established in 1979, we’ve been based in Bristol since 2011. Serving Bristol areas including Bishopston, Clifton, Cotham, Redland, and Westbury-on-Trym. We target ourselves at individuals, families, and organisations who appreciate a high value service and exceptional customer experience.
After securing our market position, we’re looking to expand our business operations and increase growth across the next 3 years, this position will have an integral role in the success of this growth strategy as well as the opportunity to develop your own personal skill set through the acquisition of new trade skills and management experience.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 2+ years of professional decorating experience covering all areas from preparation to finish.
• Professional qualifications are desired but not essential, we’re more interested in the quality of your work.
• Experience of wallpapering and lining.
• Experience of spraying would be helpful but not necessary.
• Industry knowledge on using the appropriate materials.
• Passionate for providing exceptional customer service.

Our staff are employed on a sub-contracted basis using CIS, day rate is flexible depending on experience, happy to have a conversation about your needs.
