About the Role

We are looking for a licensed, experienced painter who not only has technical skill but also leadership qualities. The ideal candidate is someone who sees painting as more than a trade, someone who is:

• Honest, reliable, and hardworking
• A quick thinker who can adapt on-site
• Motivated to eventually lead a team or even run their own business
• Proud of delivering work to the highest standards

This role is hands-on, but also a pathway to leadership and business management within our growing company.

About You

• Must hold a valid painting license
• Minimum 5 years experience in residential/commercial painting
• Strong attention to detail with pride in workmanship
