THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a qualified painter & decorator with a passion and enthusiasm for a variety of small to medium commercial projects, who is either looking to grow into a Leading Hand / Site Management role in the future or already at leading hand level. The right person with the right attitude and ability matters most.
You will be assisting the current Construction Manager in the delivery of current projects.
-Undertake painting work and manage other painters/apprentices daily workflow
-Assist in managing weekly program to meet key milestones
-Supervision of subcontractors on site
-Day to day control of site – cleanliness, security, safe working site etc
-Coordination of fixtures, fittings, and appliances
-Materials ordering
